Place your guesses, I say we end up 33

A bad early sign, two voters have already released their ballots and did not put NIU in their top 25.

Prepare to be disappointed, Ive now seen 9 ballots online or about 15% of the ballots and not a single point for the Huskies.

While generally agreeing with you being in touch reality, I'm going to be optimistic and say we debut at 31.

Maybe it's just me but I really don't care.....I kinda miss the good 'ol days when we snuck up on teams and we weren't even a stone's throw of being ranked. We've got 12 teams this year that know a "W" against us is a quality win.

Beat Iowa. That is all.

+1

The AP is a worthless poll.

The Coaches poll is 1/3rd of the polls that actually matters and even then it only matters the day after the MACC.

Yeah I agree novak its not real important, we just have to beat Iowa anyway. I think ive seen a big enough sampling in the ballots for tomorrow's poll that might even suggest we place lower than the coaches poll. Fresno is indeed getting much more love than NIU. Going to have to take the first 4 games to get ranked.
