I get the idea that it's a rule and Donte should have known about it going in. What none of knows for sure is what representations (or more appropriately) misrepresentations were made to Donte about how easily the rule could be circumvented. If the former staff told him such things as "don't worry about the rule, we can easily get around it", then I feel for a young man trusting his elders.

Still no news on Freeman?
