Good article.

It certainly fits with our 'conventional wisdom' that the QB, Benz, is critical to the offense we will be running and who better to mentor a QB than one of the masters of coaching QBs, Stan Parrish.

At UofM and Ball State QBs have thrived under Parrish.

Everyone is hoping that Benz will have a breakout season this year.

All of the QBs on the roster will benefit this year from having Parrish as QB coach.

I would not be surprised if English's contract is not renewed that Parrish will be a candidate for the job.

I'm not sure.

Parrish is not young and I doubt he wants to be a HC again.

I think this is his 'dream job' so to speak, The right TYPE of job.

He is an OC and works for a HC he has worked with before (I think that is correct, but I need to double-check).

I think English has his 'dream job' so to speak. Being the 'program manager' but really the defensive coordinator.

He can be a DC yet be his own boss.

Kind of like in the olden days when a HC could also be an AD.

Agree. No way will Parrish be a HC again.
