@TheCAJasonSmith: Heard Joe Jackson played well Fri on Day1 of CP3 Elite Camp. Lost to VCU's Treveon Graham (6-5, 218) in 1-on-1 trny for chance to play CP3.

I don't understand the love for McDermott. May just be that I haven't watched him play enough. He puts up numbers for Creighton but to me is just a slow, unathletic big guy. I just can't see him having a ton of success on the next level.

McDermott is really good regardless if he makes NBA or not.

Every college in the country would love to have a guy like Morrison again. One of the more amazing college players in last decade.

The 3 point line and turnovers killed us in the Bahamas.

That's a insult to Morrison. McDermott is a fine player, mark, but I just don't buy in to the hype of him being a AA type guy.

Morrison didn't lack skill, he lacked heart (and possibly stamina). If McDermott has Morrison's skill without the other baggage he is looking at a 10-year NBA career.

Morrison also blew his knee out before his 2nd year. He averaged about 12 ppg as a rookie, which isn't bad at all. He was 2nd team all NBA rookie (along with Paul Millsap and Rajon Rondo).

Reagrdless, congrats to Joe, looks like he made a good impression.

Morrison was so ridiculously good in college. He just had "it". Dude could light it up.

Morrison lacked heart...Not sure I agree with that one.

The guy who sat on the court and cried his eye's out in front of millions of viewers lacked heart? What kind of ridiculous measure do you use to judge a person's heart?

Although Morrison had tons of heart, perhaps there's a better example than the time he sobbed uncontrollably on national TV?

I guess Darius had no heart either. Damn crybaby who couldn't make free throws.

Morrison also had Type 1 Diabetes since he was in his early teens. He has a insulin pump attached to his stomach. That could certainly affect his stamina. He has heart though.

Depends on who you ask. Some would say if he had heart he would've made those FTs.

I would have preferred proper FT form over heart. I got all the heart in the world, but I couldn't kick a 50 yd fg or drain a 25 foot jumper with any consistency.
