I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already, but it is worth mentioning again. Madizone has a video feature entitled "Summer Strength and Conditioning" that is freaking awesome. If you are not ready for football you will be after you watch this. It has to hype the team to watch their qb1 get it done in the weight room, and my confidence in the big nasties went up after watching it too. So before you all come in with the "football is more than strength" stuff let me enjoy being hyped for a minute.

This is awesome. I actually wear black chucks in the gym on the recommendation that they're great to lift in because they put your feet flat on the floor.

No, black is absent of color or is that white. If its white then black must be present of all colors. If that's the case then black must have some purple in it. If that's the case we are good to go. Let's just play some football.

If the weights on that video are correct, then it seems like Matt Cunningham is one of our strongest linemen and DQ is an absolute horse...

Anybody else concerned with how terrible some of our guys are at whiffle ball?? I thought we recruited athletes!!
