If you only watch the games when we win, then you aren't watching very often

Thanks for posting that link. Ive thoroughly enjoyed watching the game through the corey white reception and run for the second UAB touchdown to make it 14 all in the middle of the 3rd quarter at OU. Will pick up the game after a little while.

I didn't get to go to the game, but I remember watching it on tv. This play still kind of bothers me....

I'm watching the OU game from 2006. I think we have a chance to win if we don't have a coaching miscue.

First time I ever saw Mrs. Smaug yell at a television.

Second time was at Watson for punting, down by 7, and out of timeouts.

(Borrowed from a friend) This game demonstrates all the good and bad of Watson Brown. Excellent game plan to ugly up the game and give us a chance to win. Play calling was not bad. Defense bottled up AP except for three busted plays. Solid D and special teams for the most part.

Follow that with penalties. Delay of game after a time out, flying ass bumps, three point shots. Best defensive player suspended for socking the equipment manager over socks, just some bad luck, untimely bad play calling and of course punting down by7.

We won three games that year. Could have beaten Oklahoma, Lost to Mississippi State in OT, horrible play calling in that game, and the Rice game debacle where we get in a shootout, have the game won and throw it away with a fumble when all we have to do is fall on it.

He lost the team that year. That should have been a bowl team.

Oh and he also burned the red shirt year for Joe Webb playing him at the end of the season in the last three games. Brilliant.

I remember this game and I remember cursing every ref for that bs "no fumble" call. We had that game, WE HAD IT! Much like the last time we played Georgia within 3 points. Refs.



Is it September yet?

I had forgotten how much I hated Watson's disappointed face. Sort of a mix between looking helpless, disgusted, and constipated.
