If there is any justice, this kid will be tried as an adult and will see how tough and disrespected he is once in the big house.

How do we know this wasn't a hate crime? Will Joe Biden come forth and speak out for Nagy. "I could have been Gary Nagy had I not become a U.S. Senator." Will the country rally around Nagy and wear scraggly beards in solidarity with him.

How do we know Dorsette wasn't attacked by Nagy and was simply standing his ground. Why are young black males hunting down our old homeless men? And why are old homeless men disrespecting young black men?

Ahhh, so many questions. Let's hope the race hustlers get to Flint and get to the bottom of this.

Ironically I just got done reading this guy's rap sheet at the Genesee County Circuit Court's case search. A little props to Genesee county for making their case search easy to read and understand what is going on. Many (like DC) codify everything.

At least he should never see freedom again. Sounds like a solid case for life without parole.

I know the Genesee County Prosecutor (David Leyton) a little bit because he's a HS Football referee too.

He is one of the best in the state at his job, as tough as it is.

Maybe I misread it. Thought it said he was 17. Maybe I was thinking of the 15 year old that was with him.
