Yes, but different hand.

Yes, but different hand.
LOL. Really?? I didn't realize Aggie had developed 3 hands, but I put nothing past inbreeding.

RE: NCAA Investigating Manziel
Put yourself in A&M's shoes...what is the upside of playing JFF (as he is known at TexAgs) while this is going on vs. the enormous downside if something comes out in the future w/ some shady brokers who could produce incriminating evidence. Seems like w/ the millions in BCS revenue, SEC $$, etc. that it is not worth the risk against Rice. Now that he is on record of saying he did nothing wrong, could be the lie/cover-up being worse than the crime?
I have a hard time seeing A&M taking that risk against Rice or Sam when they have to get the other guys snaps anyway behind him since best case JFF will be in NFL next year regardless and worst case something comes out later in year about this whole mess or he gets hurt. Sumlin needs depth here to have any shot of season Aggies are expecting and neither of the two other guys have any experience. Thus, play them against Rice and Sam to find-out while buying time for JFF saga to play-out and ensure no smoking guns out there.
I have no inside info but I think some speculation I heard from some Aggie folks close to the details is that one of JFF's close entourage boys (who does not have much $$) took the $$ in his name (vs. JFF) from the brokers. So Johnny did do it for $$ but did not collect it so it is a Bill Clintonism "I did not have sexual relations" kind of thing where technically he did not take the $$ but the $$ were exchanged for his services.. Can't subpoena any of the bank records under NCAA rules and even if you could...probably all done in cash or to some other third party of JFF..so welcome to the world of technicalities...
Tough call for A&M brass but seems like being safe is better than being sorry..

Seems like the friend taking the cash means he sort-of broke the rules...Best bet for both groups would be for them to agree on this lack of judgement and suspend for 2 games. Both would win in this situation...

Looks like we see Johnny Signature in the second half Saturday...

Billy Liucci @billyliucci 19m
Latest on Manziel? Per multiple sources, he'll be suspended for first half of season-opener versus Rice on Saturday.
