It's August 1, 2013. That means no more "major" or "secondary" violations. That means forfeiture of revenue from a sport is in play as a potential penalty. That means head coaches are going to pay more of a price for programs in violation. Who's going to be dumb enough to go first?

The new committee contains only one member from the entire western U.S., so no doubt they're going to make an example of some team(s) in the west.

Georgia had the toughest drug standards in the SEC. Part of that was Mark Richt, but I'm sure Michael Adams had a say in that. I don't think he will be lenient on SEC schools.
