They should have looked at the $EZ rule. Allow 2 Partial Qualifiers on your team.

Montavious Stanley and Joshua Tinch would not have been at Louisville under this rule. Tinch has already graduated.

Do like some teams in the ACC. Send the kid to Fork Union or Hargrave to get their grades up, then have them enroll as a freshman. NC State does this all the time.

No, and I expect that will become the route that many Big East schools will take. They will store players in Prep Schools. The disadvantage is that they become fair game again.
