Remember the White Sox canned DD for Hawk (gawd) back in 86. Though the Sox won the WS in 2005, I bet they'd like DD at this point. That franchise is absolutely floundering.

Have never heard-read Cabrera's name associated with PEDs.

Nobody has. Dip has a tradition of disparaging people without any facts to back up his assertions.

That was the real deal, Melky.

I saw a headline on the airplane in the row next to me yesterday that said MLB is really ready to ban A Fraud for life.

Thoughts?

RE: Will Cabrera be next?
The Yankees hope that happens so they don't have to pay him all the money he is still owed. Not to mention, he isn't very good anymore and they really just don't want him.

A Fraud is the perfect name for him. Everytime I watch him play I want to puke. Personally, I don't care about the steroid stuff. Back in the day, everybody was doing something whether juicing up or popping emphetamines to wake up. It makes no difference to me. In fact, I think its more of a joke that fat, drunk sports writers are going to keep guys like Bond, Clemens, McGwire, Sosa, A Rod etc. out of the Hall of Fame. These guys were HOF players that deserve to be inducted, but may never be. My problem with A Rod is that every single thing he does is conjured and fake. From the way he chews his gum, to the way he walks to the plate, to the way he swings his bat as he waits for a pitch, to the way he fields and throws the ball. Its all just a contrived and fake movement. THAT is what makes me sick. I simply hate watching him.

LOL. Nice description. FWIW, I liked him when he was a .340 type hitting kid on Seattle. The Texas deal effed him up.

The NY media was saying their were 18 other "high profile" MLB players who were buying roids from the guy in Miami and it was all going to come out. I didn't say he was on the list, simply that he fit the "high profile" mantra, and he's a whole lot bigger than when he was a Marlin.

Heck Chipfan, a little speculation shouldn't scare you, your whole forum is nothing more than one clown predicting greatness for the team or a player, following by several happy talkers telling him "yep yep, great point, post of the year, couldn't have said it better."

At last count they had 4 threads on your forum about how to deal with the "Evil Dip."

RE: Will Cabrera be next?
A-Rod is quite simply the biggest douche in baseball. Maybe in pro sports.

Okay Mark Dantonio.

The question was if Miggy's name is on the Biogenosis list - he has not been mentioned, and he definitely would have been mentioned by now if he was on the list. So it's an easy answer. Miggy would have been the 2nd biggest name on the list.

Ken Rosenthal ‏@Ken_Rosenthal 22m
Among players accepting 50-game suspensions: #Rangers’ Cruz, #Tigers’ Peralta, #Phlllies’ Bastardo, #Mets’ Valdespin, #Padres’ Cabrera.

Peralta would be eligible for the final series against Miami and then the playoffs but I doubt the tigers bring him back.
