CFL will have expansion draft for Ottawa RedBlacks...
A 10th team is in the works, likely in one of the Atlantic provinces. The holdup is finding a suitable stadium. There is also a possibility if a team in Windsor or even the Detroit area-the Pontiac Silverdome could be a possible venue.

I saw some the possibilities for it. Kind of a shame they totally botched their early 90s US expansion. Granted they moved into WLAF cities and kind of took over those WLAF Stadiums and what not.
