If UC gets a bid lead on Temple there will be about 15,000 people in the stands by the end of the 3rd quarter as all the families will be headed home.

I hear so many good things about Nippert from the UC fans i may have to make a last minute trip, a Friday night game would definitely be fun. Whats the situation with getting last minute seats on stubhub for UC games? Are there generally decent seats available? How are the prices?

^^ Possibly, but you will likely get seating that is closest to the field which have obstructed viewing. Tickets are cheap. If you are going to go I would recommend you just go ahead and buy so you get a decent seat.

Really want to check out Nippert, especially for a night game on ESPN/ESPN2. Flights are pricier than I expected though. Little bit over $300 RT from Philly. You could go to California for that much

Looks like a few hundred left in the 2nd level , excellent seats for $33-$38. Come on down. I suspect closer to game day you will have to use a 3rd party outlet.

stub hub close to gameday will probably cost you twice that

The airport in Cincinnati is one of the most overpriced in the country. You'll get a much cheaper flight into Dayton, OH. You can rent a car from there and make the drive (about an hour). It will likely still save you a decent amount of money.

Night games provide the best atmosphere inside of Nippert. I highly recommend attending one.

Definitely fly into DAY. MUCH cheaper. I think there are US Air direct flights out of Philly.

US Airways out of Philly offers the best options, and staying over Sat night drops the price also.

Philly to Dayton US Air Fri 10/11 return 10/13 non stop $269 round trip including tax.

Philly to Cincinnati US Air Fri 10/11 return 10/13 non stop $300 round trip including tax

Hilton Cincinnati Airport $99.00 per night

If i can find a good golf course in the area to play on Saturday afternoon it may work out.

Tons of good golf courses in the area. If you fly into Dayton, do not stay at the Cincinnati Airport. Checkout the Kingsgate Marriott which is pretty much on campus. The Airport is 13 miles from Downtown in Northern KY. So you would actually be driving and extra 20 minutes or so past Cincinnati if you stay there.
