Yes, he seemed to have a very nervous laugh when Sims was lining up to kick the FG.

Maybe he was confused when the producer told him there is a 7 second delay.

My favorite is when Baker has no idea who a certain player is.

On Palmer's long TD in Minnesota, he had absolutely no idea who it was lol.
