I posted this in another thread but I read this as if they will still be able to have a game. It would just be named "College Football" or something instead of NCAA. EA would just have to have agreements with all the colleges and universities (and the below quote from the press release makes it sound as if that is already the case). They just could not use "NCAA" or the NCAA logo.
"Member colleges and universities license their own trademarks and other intellectual property for the video game. They will have to independently decide whether to continue those business arrangements in the future."
