Before we get back to the kid fight with the whiney hyphen school just live with this legacy. ECU will always be remembered as the school that broke up the Big East. When you guys got in the old school teams were so embarrassed and ashamed to be associated with you, they had to leave and start their own conference.

While I realize not all Future NFL players were 3 stars or more you don't have many signees for the upcoming signing class. It is pretty far till signing day but I think that a "top notch mid major" like ECU would have more than 6. And why ODU's Athletic department was covered 70% by student fees you have to realize that we did that as an FCS school. When you start looking at all the money coming in from TV exposure and bigger paydays from playing big name FBS schools I wouldn't be surprised if we got that percentage down a lot. And when we expand the stadium that's even more money for all the new seats.
