ESPN wanted Puig to win it, much more for them to talk about if he were to have made it.

They wanted Puig for the ratings boost in the #2 market, if ESPN weren't broadcasting it, I doubt they'd care nearly as much.

Do you mean broadcasting the All Star Game? If so, it's being broadcast by FOX.

ESPN wins either way. All of LA tunes in to here Stephen A and Skip argue about why puig was not included (and did or did not deserve) in the game.
