Hell hasn't completely frozen over. The Lady Monarchs are now in possession of a coach still covered with the stench of Jeff Capel, who brought him to ODU. and a man who served as an enabler for Blaine Taylor, thereby helping to slide the men's program into irrelevance. Welcome back Jim.

How hard will it be for him to get back into men's coaching if he is an assistant to the women's team for a couple of years?

Depends on how well they do I would think......but it won't be easy. Not a lot of coach's make the switch the other way.

Maybe if the Men's team is successful enough then Stith and Richardson will eventually bolt which would be a good thing because that means we had been successful.

It would be easy to insert Corrigan into the staff again at a later date.

For him this could be better then a Longwood type job for overall quality of life purposes.

...or he could end up as head coach at some other women's program.

Here is some good news!! I like Jim and felt terrible about him getting caught up in the collateral of the BT issue.

Frickin nice to hear about this. I agree the Lady Monarchs just get a a lot stronger!

Anyone know if his salary will be the same (as when he was an asst with MBB)?
