RE: Prayers for George Lapides
George seemed to be in good spirits today. He was all over Wolo's azz right from the jump.

That sucks. I believe his wife is/was an attorney? I think I interviewed with her for a summer job. Very kind. Thoughts with him, her, and the family.

RE: Prayers for George Lapides
I've noticed a big change in George's voice in the last year and wondered what the problem was. George is the Godfather of Sports talk radio in the Mid-South. Sorry to hear this news.

RE: Prayers for George Lapides
George, as are many family members, will be sorely missed when he ceases to be around Ever have those family members that for a second you think well, Mom or Uncle so and so will know, and you realize all that knowledge is gone forever.

You would think that Wolo having worked with George for almost thirty years would have learned some of those stories, but again, it is Wolo.

He has two sons...don't know if Harriet is a daughter in law.

Prayers to George and his family. He will be missed.
