I'm excited about the Tulane game. I'd like Tulane to post a losing record in their final season with C-USA. I think North Texas can beat them.

The 1st game is against the Arrogant Ivy Wannabe's in Oxford Ohio. Stomping a mud hole in them is a must.

I think UNT is a little underrated, Tulsa a little overrated. You will still be an underdog, but it won't take a miracle.

The first one because I just want to win a game. Not saying it's a sure thing, but I just want to win.

Of the conference games USM and Marshall. It's just going to be weird in 2014 to not see USM on the schedule. Pretty sure we've played USM every year I've been an ECU fan.

Miami (first game, love beating them), Ohio (payback), VT(big OOC game), and ECU (obvious reasons).

We're going to win this one. Haven't beaten them since '08... that's going to change in '13.

MTSU @ UAB- I think that this will turn into a pretty good rivalry game and I'm very interested in seeing how this first meeting will go. This has the potential to be a better series than the UAB/Memphis one that has gotten lost due to conference realignment

Home: Southern Miss(for the streak and the intensity), Middle Tennessee State (I'm with "Hornet" on this one, they could become our "New Memphis")
Away: @UTSA (because I purchased a ticket for this one) & @"The Men Who Stare at Goats" (Troy - this will be my 1st ever road trip game)

I'll be there too. I've seen us at UGA and South Carolina but it will be my first trip to see us play another G5 school.

I can understand that. I wasn't prepared for how big a deal it was when UTSA finally kicked off that first game.

I think the first game of the year is always the one that seems to get talked about the most and is the anticipated. ODU has started getting a little mouthy so I'm looking forward to showing them what D1 football really looks like even if we are a 27 point favorite.

Agreed. That's a mighty fine program they got brewing down in San Marcos. Don't take that game lightly USM. I doubt the players will, with what happened last season. But still, don't overlook the Bobcats!
