But if you come on our board and brag about your UH c***, know what you're getting into. Nobody here isn't even bringing up your ridiculous comment on academics, that's just too easy.

You must have alzhiemers or dementia, in 2012 the MAC won 8 games over AQ opponents including previously undefeated Cincy & Rutgers of the BE(new AAC) plus Iowa, Penn State, Indiana and Kansas.

How many wins over AQ teams did the former CUSA members of the AAC have last year besides the Tulsa bowl win over Iowa State, maybe 1?

Your also forgetting Kent State earning a CWS bid in 2012, Akron winning a National Championship in Men's Soccer (2010, which CUSA also plays) and Miami earning a Frozen 4 bid in 08 & 09. Success in 4 sports not just football & hoops

Maybe he is over compensating because Memphis is only relevant in basketball. Not sure why they think they're the best of the non-aq, but really seems like the conference is nothing more than the bottom of the big-east and conference USA.

If the Big East/AAC is so great and have so much tradition why did TCU and Boise bail?

Also, UConn has lost to a MAC team 3 years in a row and goes for #4 in this upcoming season.

EDIT: Just noticed! UConn has an opening in its 2014 schedule and has yet to schedule a MAC team...who wants to be #5?

You should see the Cincinnati fan on the AAC board who said he would prefer UC's facilities over Toledo - you know, the non-existent permanent IPF that UC has (they have a bubble for only a few months in the winter), the old run-down bball arena that UC fans hate (compared to the 'like new' renovation that UT received at Savage Arena), and the non-existent (at least not yet) suites and club seating at their football stadium (while UT has had suites & club seating for 15+ years).

The AAC is a Automatic Qualifying Conference. The MAC is not.
