Not really unexpected, Im gonna guess Rutgers and Louisville fans don't really even consider themselves AAC members so much as ACC and B1G teams stuck there for one last season.

It's an embarrassment to the AAC for sure, but I suppose that they are caught in a pickle though. To not promote a current league member probably opens them up to lawsuits since the ACC and B1G cannot sell UL and Rutgers merchandise respectively until their membership becomes official. The simple solution for the AAC would have been to demand that UL and Rutgers sell merchandise without any conference affiliation for this year only. Also the descriptions could have been changed to be school focused exclusively.

Just a stupid error on the AAC's part.

Wow. I'm sure that the merchandise feed was probably automatic from the athletic department websites, but still. I'm sure they'll be off the American website soon.

They took them off already. Reminds me of an earlier glitch. I acted quickly last time & got my Syracuse/ACC shirt.

Didn't the B12 have a similar issue with a SEC/A&M shirt on their website?
