The rebels are having some great weather to work out in. Of the new signees, Kendrick, Pack, and MAYBE McSwain will get PT this year.

Patrick Willis has gained up to 237, and his body fat is at a lean 4%. Brandon Jenkins is impressing in scrimmages (they are only in shoulder pads, full pads tomorrow). He got a "sack" today on ethan flatt. Kendrick lined up against Kerry Johnson today, and completely shut him down. From what I was told, Johnson could barely get off the line of scrimmage. Defense is very aggressive, and looks great. The only problems Cutt is fussing about right now is WR's dropping balls. That is about it. He has been very complimentary of the team as a whole, and esp. Michael Spurlock. He says he's defineltly ready. I have heard several people say that.

Just thought I would give you guys what I have been hearing. This is the thread to contribute to what you hear on your Rebels. Everyone feel free to post away!

The first scrimmage practice report says good and bad. Kendrick made a nice INT, but got burned on another play. They have Mico playing WR this year and he had a nice 46 yr td catch. It sounds like the coaches really are liking the way Alan Abrams is playing, and comment about how good his vision is and how is is a threat to take it to the house. Mico had 3 chatches for 94 yards.

Defense ahead of Offense right now. Offense still dropping passes has caused concern. Coaches were happy with the second team Oline as well.

Alot of the younger guys got alot of snaps to help complete the depth chart.
