Please translate for those of us on the outside looking in. I notice that the 5.5 figure is the same for both Troy and UAB but the + and - values are opposite for win/loss. Are they saying Troy is more likely to win more or is UAB more likely to win more than 5.5?

The minus means troy is likely to get 6 wins or more. The + means uab is unlikely to win more than 5 games. So they are saying bet OVER for troy, UNDER for UAB. Am I right?
- means favorites.
+ means underdogs.
