I am sure some of it was the HVAC system, but also they put in two outdoor practice fields with the prescription turf. That could be where the extra $5 million was spent.

Here are more pictures if interested...

Not sure if the BCS logo makes it better, but the BCS national title trophy makes if fun to visit. 04-cheers
Where is it, by Doak?

Actually it is, but I have heard thoughts of moving to a facility next to the IPF. Basically a FSU Hall of Fame.

I think the bricks actually add lots of value, especially for FSU who is in recruiting battles for the top recruits in the nation. Marketing is all image, and this helps with selling the product. Winning and NFL draft pick help, but a number of players always review the facilities, specifically the 4 and 5 star recruits.

FSU has had great kickers and punters recently, kicking is no longer the problem it use to be and we had 3 placekickers in the NFL last year and another one drafted this year. In 2011, FSU had the best punter in the nation.

I was kidding about the punter. Just saying, if the punter is bad, maybe you don't need a very high ceiling. 04-cheers

If you can afford the brick and make it look nice, I agree, it adds to the image.

To be honest, our punter did suck last year...

And FSU is now trying to pay for all the brick. I got messages a month ago about naming opportunities and buying a brick in the walkway...they are trying to raise $5 million...the cost of the bricks. LOL.
