Most of UTEP's incoming freshmen are on campus attending classes and working out. The El Paso Times is featuring each of them. The first player is Josh Brown who was a 3* rated guard by rivals.

I'm not sure what our history is but I am very impressed that most of the new recruits enrolled in the first summer session available. Isaac Hamilton is enrolled in the second summer session. I love the emphasis being put on the school work. Most of these kids are taking college classes a mere week or two after graduating high school. Again, I don't know if that is the norm everywhere else as well.

They signed several stud recruits that never made it to campus last year.

Uab has 13 scholarship players for the first time in years. One is injured and another a transfer but we have plenty of bodies to practice with now.

Is that right? Chris Washburn, Matt Wilms, MacKenzie Moore, Twymond Howard, and Konner Tucker all made it to campus last year. Dustin Watts decided not to come to UTEP but notified the team well within an appropriate amount of time.

The fact that they are here for summer classes, is the positive note... UTEP's about to explode on the scene, again...
