someone is standing behind him. Look between the practice pad and his right arm. Looks like part of a second t-shirt.

That's a silly statement, IMO.

King hasn't played a single D1 game yet. He could very well be "what Adonis could've been," or he could underperform even worse.

If king is the warrior that will go and get dirty for a rebound like I been hearing he is already surpassing the passive Adonis to me. Adonis just lacked aggression IMO.

That was a silly comment IMO too.

Just like it was a silly comment saying Damien will see the bench next season.

No wonder UTK wanted him so badly.

I agree to an extent (though Adonis was big for us in some games) but the key word is IF.

He's got to do it in a game first before I'm declaring him an upgrade. You know, "show me," "prove it," etc. Stan Simpson looked good in preseason workouts last year in terms of hustle, attitude, and aggressiveness-- but wasn't good enough in those areas to sniff the floor even on a team that was thin in the frontcourt. The games are a whole different animal from early summer workouts.

For King to earn time in a loaded backcourt, he'll have to perform in games.

Ahead of king and iverson? Please jamammy, kingwww, paztiger and past aliases.

He'll get some run, but to assume he will be ahead of those blue chips is quite amateur.

Could happen, easily.

Last year, DJ Stephens saw starter minutes ahead of Black. Who would've called that one during early-summer workouts?

By all accounts, Damien Wilson is a high-motor, high-character kid who works hard and has near-elite athleticism. The biggest period of growth is always between freshman and sophomore seasons. I never count a kid like that out.

No, I'm not predicting Wilson as a starter, I'm just saying he has at least as good a shot at earning rotation minutes as any of the incoming freshmen.

I understand that logic but for that to happen king and iverson are not nearly as good as people thought they are.

Some of you guys talk like Damien is a scrub. He was a top 50 player till an injury occurred. Jason Smith even said that it will be hard for Pastner to keep him off the court.

Wilson's man in problem is that he couldn't go right last year. He can go left very well to the hole. Anytime he tried to go right he turned the ball over it seemed...if he can correct that and develop a consistent perimeter shot, he can be very good.

He's not a scrub, but there's a reason he didnt even start his senior year of prep school. His game has flaws...he's a great athlete, just needs to refine parts of his game IMO. What say u king www?

Lol at Jason smith says

Guy said Stan was a monster last summer
