Stoops Robbed Again <---Link

Dateline - UPI Update - Unnamed sources quote Coach Stoops as saying, "as bad as this is, it's nothing compared to having the Orange Bowl stolen from me by Northern Illinois University."

We should be ashamed for stealing the OB from Stoopie. When we earned the right to go to the OB, we should have graciously declined so Oklahoma could take their rightful place and get pummeled off the face of the Earth by FSU. Shame on us!

OU wasn't even in the Top 10! If you're going to throw the rules out it should have been LSU or another SEC team, not OU. He's trying to best Saban in childishness.

A state with 2 douchbag head coachs (Gundy & Stoops) along with US Senators to match. Gundy puts all kinds of restrictions on the transfer of a QB who likely would not have played this year and Stoops still doesn't understand that you don't lose 2 home games (to KSU by 5) and ND by 17 and get a BCS bowl. Maybe if Sooners didn't get the out of them by A&M (lost by 28) in the Cotton he would have an argument. OU was down by 21 at the start of the 4th quarter of their game while NIU was within 7 to FSU at the same time in their game. Big difference.

The Big 12 was also one of the most underperforming conferences in Bowl season; barely winning matchups they were strong favorites in (TT needing a last second FG to beat Minny in a Texas bowl) 4 losses by 14 or more points and TCU losing to Michigan State. Not deserving of a 2nd BCS bowl
