That was a good move for both parties. I'm a recent finance alum, as in just this May, and he needed to depart. I had him as a professor in one class and he wasn't very good, he was also a poor administrator the dept has really slipped of recently. As far as him leaving Toledo have him a large raise and a bigger research budget. I was glad to see him leave so we can get a better administrator in, just lame he went to Toledo.
In a vacuum this and seemingly any other hype videos that get attention seem good. But I wonder if they bleed together to the recruits who see a dozen of them.

Actually, Jamal Bass tried to hug one of your band members a couple years ago but it didn't go over well.
