Like the article. Have to confess that I hadn't realized how well Bailiff is doing this early in recruiting. Amazing what happens when you win Bowl games.

I'm all for Baylor doing well. Many close friends are/will be Baylor alum. Just please tell Coach Briles not to offer Rice commits.01-lauramac2

Probably more of the first (recruit quality) but several slugs of the second (...considering).

Still, some very impressive recruits. I see that we've lost a couple, though; I believe one of the early DT recruits has switched to Baylor. I check Rivals occasionally-- and I liked the way Mooney ran the site. I am glad he has joined the Parliament. Anyway, according to Rivals, we've offered a 3-star DE from Round Rock. He looks like a player. Just checked Rivals to get his name. Zach Vaughn. Several BCS offers. Rice is such a super place and has so much to offer --- guess I should have written a UNIQUE and super place. We have so much to offer a young athlete who can cut it academically.

I saw this one a few weeks ago and never got around to posting it. Check out the lead paragraph.

Steve Addazio Re-Energizing Boston College Eagles' Recruiting Efforts

How about the fact that the Rice Owls have a higher ranked class than the defending Rose Bowl Champion Stanford Cardinal?
