Indoor Practice Facility & Basketball Center in State's Appropriation Bill
I noticed $25M and $14M in the State of Tenn Appropriation Bill (PC 453) for the Basketball Center and Indoor Practice Facility, respectively. They are considered proposed capital projects only, but it was nice seeing the improvements in writing.
