Yeah, I bought my JMU tix directly from JMU and was a couple of rows back from the field w/ awesome seats. My friends who got them through ODU were up in the nosebleed section.

I'm not a fan of that either. They really need to push the deadlines out further so you know if you have tickets and can make travel plans. This policy is why I try to avoid using our ticket office as much as possible. Last year I bought tickets to all our road games but from the opponent box office.

I doubt NSU tickets will be all that difficult to get. I think they go on sale in mid-July. Still I would jump on them then and not wait.

Smitty and Mama Smitty +2 (damenace and his lovely wife), will be staying at the City Hotel and Bistro. THis is apparently 2+ miles from DFS, but relatively close. Priceline does help the rate somewhat....

Looking forward to a friendly tailgate area, and willing to "fair share" the cooking/beverages/etc/

If anyone is more familiar with this area, would defer to your judgment as to where to congregate for an ODU tailgate.
