Thanks. Even though these preseason team selections can be questionable, it is nice to know that someone like Phil Steele picks these ODU first team selectees as the best at their positions against the likes of Notre Dame, BYU, Navy, Army and even Idaho. I think that placing nine total players on this team speaks volumes about how far this program has come in four years.
By the way, David Born is a monster guard at 6-8 320. He is already getting attention from the NFL.
