That Wrigley Field game was dumb. Both teams had to use the same end zone the whole game.

Local news folks had fun at the game's expense.

Again, a great idea
34-38000 in the stadium would be an incredible atmosphere. And though it could be cold, should be slightly warmer than DC.

It isn't like Green Bay though, we sail all winter in Naptown.

Pretty sure the locals would also support the game better than DC does.

Crazy like a fox ~ its a stadium where 25,000 would give a good atmosphere, and by all accounts unlike RFK its a stadium people will be happy to come back to the following year, so it is more likely to get local attendance than a DC bowl at JFK.

The small bowls are not meant to grow much. A 30 to 45k seat stadium is perfect for them. It is a rare match up that puts more than 50k in a minor bowl game. You are far better off with stadium that is at least 2/3 full.
