You are going to see that stadium of yours more filled than you have seen for quite some time when Ohio State comes to town.

I hope that new division of yours stirs up some excitement for the Program.

Thanx H one ... I am sure it will and we need it ... no delusions ... this is da BIG time ... poop or get off the pot lol

Did you go to ecu and UMD? If so, I'm curious how you handled that bowl game a few years back.

I was born in MD and have been a Terp fan for almost 50 yrs lolol ... so ... we had one ECU flag and one TERP flag on the car and we wore red black purple and gold!!! ... toughest game I have ever been to ... was glad MD and Ralph won ... but dumped on Pirates lost ...yyyeeehhhaaa!!! lolol ... thx for asking ...

Still hard to believe that Michigan, Michigan St, Ohio St & Penn St agreed to be in the same division with one another.

I don't think that happens if Penn St is at full strength.

Well this undermines MD's argument that the ACC is illegally withholding their conference distributions because they haven't formally withdrawn from the conference.

UC would KILL for that home schedule. Two teams coming from bordering states, Penn State visiting, a trophy game at home, a Pac-10 team coming to town, a chance to revenge the most embarrassing loss in history, and that's a BAD schedule?

Some people don't know how lucky they have it.

In what way? Its a mid-August 2013 deadline to notify that you are leaving on July 1 2014. Looking at my calendar, Maryland has several months to go before they have to give notice of formal withdrawal.

2013 Football Schedule

A31 TEMPLE 3:30pm NBC
S07 @ Michigan 8pm ABC
S14 @ Purdue 8pm ABC/ESPN
S21 MICHIGAN STATE 3:30pm NBC
S28 OKLAHOMA 3:30pm NBC
O05 ARIZONA STATE (Dallas) 7:30pm NBC
O19 SOUTHERN CAL 7:30pm NBC
O26 @ Air Force 5pm CBSSN
N02 NAVY 3:30pm NBC
N09 @ Pittsburgh TBD ABC/ESPN
N23 BYU 3:30pm NBC
N30 @ Stanford TBD

I guess that I was am comparing it to this home schedule:

Temple
Michigan State
Oklahoma
Arizona State
Southern Cal
Navy
BYU

I think that this is a somewhat weaker home schedule for ND than normal (with Temple), but I like the Oklahoma and Southern Cal games over any on Michigan's home slate.

They have accepted an invitation to join another conference. That conference has published a schedule with them on it for 2014. They have resigned from the conference in action. The fact that they haven't formally announced their resignation is immaterial.
