RE: Chris Washburn invovled in bar incident
From the day Floyd was hired, Moultrie was insinuating he wanted in the draft, he only had 5 weeks from the day Floyd was hired to make that decision or he wouldn't be eligible. Moultrie poked ass and was trying to get a release to Memphis at the same time. Floyd told him to make a decision quickly, Moultrie was never run off the team. He made his own decision.

Moultrie was only looking out for himself, he didn't care about the rest of the team. Not only did Moultrie not want to make a commitment to his teammates, he wanted the chance to make a commitment to play against his teammates. Would you want a player like that on your team?... Would you want a teammate like that on the team?... and it wasn't like moultrie did anything his sophmore year, as he let caracter do all the work inside while he spotted up for jumpers from the outside. I thought you said you were a coach?

According to Sports Talk. Floyd told Moultrie to go somewhere else because Moultrie cared about his NBA career.

Every kid in America thinks that they are going to play in the NBA and Moutrie actually had a chance and did make it. First round draft pick. Any coach would want a future first round draft pick on their squad. Especially if they just lost a big man.

Oh wait. Except Floyd.

I know this is where you will deflect and start your tantrum but how can you say "according to sports talk?" Are you sourcing Kappy? Are you sourcing Andy Lee? Did Moultrie come on Sports Talk and say that? Or was it Orly from the westside that said that?

Orly from the westside actually likes Floyd.

Kappy who has been a Floyd supporter from the beginning has began to see the light.

Kappy has acknowledge that Moultrie left because he had interest in the NBA and that was in direct conflict with Floyd.

A separate, reliable source however, told me that when Floyd interviewed Moultrie individually, Floyd suggested Moultrie leave after Moultrie expressed that his main motivation was to enter the NBA draft.

With that "begin to see the light" comment, I will move on from this as well. I am not right. You are not right. We can argue our points but that is about it. If "seeing the light" means someone agrees with your point of view, I will be happy in the dark...

It's just a matter of discussion. No one is asking you to agree or disagree.

I'm simply giving you the reasons why I don't like Floyd.

I'm sorry that you don't have the conviction to continue your reason for liking him.

That is a flashy way to reply. Nice post. Blah Blah Blah. It is not about conviction. We both know that. We have had this conversation many times before. I'm moving on. You can label it anyway you like.

RE: Chris Washburn invovled in bar incident
Floyd had to start recruiting quickly, Moultrie wanted to take his time until may 8th to decide if he was going pro. That would have wasted a little over a month in recruiting. If you don't remember, the rumor about moultrie leaving was going on for several days before Moultrie actually decided to leave. Moultrie had no interest in El Paso, and Floyd needed a decision quickly. Moultrie was a grown man, he made his own choice. I'm sure Floyd did not come to El Paso with the intention of kicking Moultrie off the team.

Get back on track fit... Bohanon was a freshmen, averaged 18 minutes per game, while having two senior centers on the roster... Both of which received less minutes than Bohanon through out the season.... okay continue

Okay back on point.

Yes. You are correct. Bohannon played a lot of freshmen minutes.

I still contend however that Floyd, like Haskins prefers not to play freshman that many minutes.

Is it possible that Floyd played Bo more because he bought into his system quicker than the others?

The other two seniors would have been acustomed to Barbees system.

Floyd totally screwed that team up.

Coach Floyd will put the five best players on the court. Period. There is absolutely no evidence that he doesn't like to play freshman. As a matter of fact, Julian and Bo prove your theory wrong. So will Isaac and Vincent.

Coach Floyd salvaged that NIT team. DC going pro is what screwed things up.

I just love how when you don't have a point to make, you resort to personal attacks.

You are pretty classy.
