And only the Lair's Premium side is worth reading. The rest are a waste of time IMO.
There are a number of ND premium, private and "hidden" boards. That is where the best content is located (as with most schools, I suppose).
I agree with you. Most of the ND free boards are not very good.
Rock's House on NDNation can be trying, but it at least has some good content occasionally as a free board.
(The other boards on NDNation (Hoops=The Pit; women's hoops=McGraw's Bench; baseball=Jake's Field; hockey=Jackson's Rink, are not too bad).
Irish envy is good one IMO.

Wake also has its Rivals (behind a paywall) and Scout (free) boards. Also, has a SB site at http://bloggersodear.com.
OGBoards is just a terrible place to discuss Wake sports at.

I think you mean the Wake Scout board is a miserable place to discuss Wake sports. Unless, of course, you are a Wellman apologist...
The OGBoards is the main location for Wake Forest supporters. And FWIW, the Blogger So Dear folks all choose to discuss sports there, rather than at Scout.

Just because it is the biggest location for Wake Forest supporters, doesn't mean its the best place to discuss Wake sports. OG Boards is filled with crazies. Guess, it goes with the territory of being the "biggest".
FWIW, I don't even use the Scout boards, but there is still discussion that goes there. Enough discussion there to warrant a link on this thread, imo.
Rivals is by far the best place to discuss Wake sports, because you actually get content. Its not very big, but there is enough discussion that goes on there to keep things going. Its behind a pay wall though.
I am by no means, a Wellman apologist. I think he should have been fired with Bzdelik in 2014. Just because I don't like the venom on OG Boards, doesn't mean I am pro-Wellman.
Also, I mentioned BSD, because of the discussion that goes on in their articles. Not because of the writers.

RE: ACC teams main message boards.
Clemson has a really nice site kept up by some posters who used to frequent the Tigers Scout board but it's still under the radar and in the shadow of Tigernet. EnterSandman, can you check out and link Seldom Used Reserve to the main page? I have been posting on it occasionally the past few years but traffic has slowed which is a shame since it has great updates, analysis, and banter from those who run it...
Thanks!
