Don't know about every team in every sport but UC has been doing it for a long time. I remember the year we were #1 and sold out every game that announced attendance was 13,176 every game when I'm sure at some point there was a number of unused tickets.

BYU acts like their crap doesn't stink anyway and wants special favors. It seems they see themselves as the ND of the west and the B12 is already stuck with someone(Texas) who has their own network. Why complicate matters?
Boise St. is a MAC school with a good football team who's recruiting base is also California. Hopefully Whit can work some of his B12 connections from his Missouri days to at least get us an audience.
BYU makes sense to the PAC12 for geographical purposes but the fact their exclusion from the conference is due to the faith based mission of the university. Culturally BYU is worlds apart from Stanford, Cal, Oregon, etc.
Boise's academics would keep them out of the PAC12. Boise St. makes WVU, ECU and Memphis look like Harvard. BSU was a junior college a few years ago. The PAC12 is as elitist as they come and would not invite the Broncos anytime soon.
