Did you answer your own question here? What seems fishy? You suggest a guy is a rapist, and then he's kicked off the team. That seems pretty straight forward to me.

Golson was only suspended for the Fall semester. Sounds like he'll be returning to ND in the Spring.

also heard fron an ND alum the cheating was having someone else sit in and take an exam. I doubt he will be readmitted. its one thing to fall short on your GPA and quite another to cheat.
