2016 Nebraska currently has 4 OOC games scheduled, including our SF game and will need to cancel/move one. Their other OOC games include hosting Tennessee, Wyoming and Fresno St.

This could be a huge break for NIU! I hope our game gets chosen.

Likely means our SF game gets cut, if this happens.

No BCS school is going to drop a home game to go play a road game.

it will be us because doesnt the big ten start their conference schedule week 4 every year? our game at soldier field is week 4

sucks for them. But without the exact verbage in the contract its impossible to know what happens.

Schedule an ACC or Big 12 school for the replacement. I'm sure there will be some sort of buyout we will receive as well. Not the end of the world.

I think they may cut the Fresno state game. They get a mil from our game, plus the recruiting Chicago thing will help them. Either that or they will ask us to move it to another year.

Our SF game could easily get moved to 2018 when Nebraska does not have an away game scheduled.
