Yes that is suspect #1. They are both in the picture.

The guy in the white hat placed his bomb next to an 8 year old kid, who was killed.

I hope they nail them ASAP.

Wow! Good catch, never noticed that. Could be, but it's hard to be definitive. Certainly looks similar though, I wish the hat was more clear. Makes you wonder though.

There is zero doubt that both of these guys will be caught. The hats and glasses were a good disguise, but not good enough.

It's a big assumption to assume they look anything like these pictures.

A little theatrical makeup can make you look like virtually anyone.
