Agree no surprise and no surprise the proposed self probation is the loss on one scholarship each year for three years (Phil Knight will probably get that changed to the Duck mascot being the scholie lost).

Why didn't this come out earlier! Tampa Bay could have gotten Chip Kelly instead of Greg Schiano...

One scholarship a year for three years? Sounds like a very serious violation.

This article indicates that the NCAA doesn't share the same "minor violation" viewpoint that Nike U is awarding itself.
