I would love to give you a rep for this, for the update on the coaching staff, but especially to counter monarchman's nastiness. However, I can't do it as my repability is disabled. Hburg, what's up with that?

Seems like a great find by Mickey. I'm not exactly sure how coaching a D-line translates into Tightends but I know its common for coaches to bounce around on teams coaching different positions. Experience in recruiting is always good.

Read this yesterday...seems like a good hire. I concur.

People/Coaches take a position job for any number of reasons. One is to simply get their foot in the door and hope to move into better position when it opens up. Most coaches are pretty well rounded and can coach any number of positions. To become a good head coach you should know how to coach them all. But, it is more important for the head coach to learn how to delegate. Coach the coaches and then give them plenty of reins.
