Exactly - they are obviously really excited to play in the "new" big east.

Depaul might have been an average team if Shane Larkin had honored his previous committment there. Who would want to play at that place?

When Ray moved on and they moved them in to that off campus arena Depaul started dropping like a rock, could happen to any school. I suspect most of us older folks remember the awesome teams they produced for what seems like a decade.

Even after they moved to Rosemont they would draw big crowds.

After they fired Joey Meyer is when people started to not care and they have struggled since.

They struggled WITH Joey, atleast wins and losses wise. The more time that passed since the end of his fathers tenure, the less success they had with Joey.
