A couple of years ago, I met with an NIU representative coming thru Dallas. I asked about Turner and his contribution to NIU after he hit the big time. He didn't have much positive feedback on the "burner" when it came to his contribution. Apparently he's fathered a few children along the way.

He forgot he was a Huskie. Pat Shiller had to remind him of it when NIU was headed to the Orange Bowl. I personally don't have any warm & fuzzy feelings for Turner.
