Feels great to win the tournament, even if its the CIT. The only team left in NC playing basketball, and we won the championship.

Again, why I say good coaching makes a difference (ECU recent basketball success) and why I truly believe USM will be back this football season and a dark horse for the east division and Cusa champs in football. Players play the game but coaches put them in situation to win games and especially close ones.....go Pirates and Eagles, too:)

Hell of a way to cap a season off.

32 team postseason tourny, 30 teams finished with 18+ wins, and we beat a 30-6 team on the road in front of 11k fans in the finals. We were playing really great ball the last 4 games crushing teams and that was a really high level game by both teams tonight.

I watched the game with my dad. Most wins since he was at ECU in 1954. He had as much fun as an 82 year old could have.
