My prediction is Wichita State will be popular choice here as the underdog and champion of the less powerful conferences.

Of course it's Wichita State. Rooting against the Wheat Shockers would be like rooting against Hickory High School at the end of Hoosiers. Only in the highly dysfunctional world of college football do some nimrods seem to root for Goliath to stomp on David.

I will be quietly rooting for a Shocking national championship...

But my bracket pool has me as the lone Syracuse pick. So I voted Syracuse.

School then conference. Since RU can't seem to make the dance, I have to pull for fellow conference mate Ville. But I bet most answer WSU.

I want the most deserving team to win so I will root for Louisville.

However, UM, SU and WSU all shared a very hot start, slump in the middle and got hot again come tournament time.

I will be rooting for Louisville to beat Michigan, if for no ohe reason if that happens the winning entry in ESPN's tournament challenge is called Lennay Kekua's Entry.

Tough one. On the one hand, I like to root for the Big Ten. On the other hand, that would mean rooting for Michigan and I have way too many family members who are die hard Michigan fans.

I kind of like to root for the team that beat us, but at the same time, I like to feel the national championship is earned through an entire years work and thus am not keen on a 9 seed winning it.

In short, I don't know.

Wichita State was ranked as high as 15th in the AP poll this season. Hard to say they wouldn't have earned a national championship "through an entire years work."

Wichita State. Time to finish things and win a national title.

I voted for UL. I just think they are the best team at this time.

I'll root for David (WSU) even though I win my bracket pool if Goliath (Louisville) wins it.

Even as a St. John's fan I have to admit that that UConn run 2 years ago was amazing. Started in the BE tournament and carried over to the NCAA. They had no business winning it and were lucky to even make the field. They finished 9th in the Big East.

Wichita was just under seeded. They should have probably been a 5 or 6 truthfully. I think Michigan and Cuse also were much better than their seed. I think Louisville is the best team in this, but I could easily see any of the 4 winning it.

As long as Louisville, Michigan or Syracuse don't win it, I don't care who does. I had Duke, Ohio State, Syracuse and Florida in my Final Four, so I was looking pretty good before this weekend. Not so much now. I had Syracuse losing in the final (to Duke), so that could still happen.
