It's about half CUSA / half Sun Belt. The other half of CUSA chose to form a new conference and the name of the conference will be announced in the coming weeks.

I mean while some of the new members are from the Belt, there are also others that have been upgraded from FBS. I guess you could say those programs have more potential than some of the Sun-Belt programs they (apparently) passed?
