The logo is nice but what about input from others that we should be expanding beyond the Virginia borders? If we want our institution to be recognized on a national level and also be inclusive to alumni outside the Virginia border, then this logo doesn't do that IMHO.

As an outsider I like the logo there now (Wilson Hall logo). It's dignified and stately. And BTW, I'm glad you're here instead of the CrashZone.

Now if we can just get you guys to an FBS league so we can continue the home and home series.

I hadn't hit refresh until now and I see you have changed it. That is why I included the 'Wilson Hall' description in my reply.

It's still better than the one with which you started.

I like the logo. I think the VA outline just highlights where JMU is, for those who aren't familiar with our fine institution. I don't look at it as being exclusionary.

Of course, that's easy for me to say...I'm a Virginian.

Yea, it's a Virginia school, so, yea. Plus anything "Nation" should be avoided if at all possible.

I feel slighted and excluded because of the logo.

Of course, we go full or football into the SBC or CUSA, I'll have more almost-local opportunities to see live games.

Hate ODU, but gotta admit that's really cool. I think the Eastern Shore actually makes it look kinda weird though... Almost looks a little bit like an accidental extra little piece of a sticker. I guess maybe I'm just more used to seeing Virginia with it left out than with it.
