...not really. 9 of the 11 teams are from CUSA.

Just add in Temple, UCONN and Navy.

ECU is closer to these 3 non CUSA schools than they were to So Miss who was in the same division with them in CUSA.

Chump change for those schools. Distance doesn't matter when your pulling in that many millions for athletics.

The FBS football teams currently in the Big East have renamed their conference to the American Athletic Conference aka AAC...not to be confused with the AAC aka the Appalachian Athletic Conference.

I would have liked to see Tulsa join the MAC. Then I could make a stop in Oklahoma when I travel to see relatives in the Southwest.
